An entry-level qualification in sake, already taught and recognised by Japan’s Service Institute of Japan(SSI).

This is a ONE-DAY course aimed at people with an interest in Japanese culture who want to learn about Sake. The Sake Navigator Course gives a basic grounding in: sake production, styles, understanding labels, serving, storing, and sake’s place in Japanese history and culture.

Participants who successfully complete the course will receive a Sake Navigator Certificate.
